Introduction

FernSouthernClub is built on the foundation of respect, integrity, and inclusivity. These Community Guidelines define the standards we uphold to ensure our platform remains a welcoming, safe, and enjoyable space for all adult members. By participating in FernSouthernClub, you agree to follow these guidelines and help us maintain the vibrant community we're all building together.

Our Core Principles

Everything we do at FernSouthernClub is guided by five core values:

  • Respect: We treat every member with dignity, regardless of background, beliefs, or identity. Harassment, discrimination, and rudeness have no place here.
  • Honesty: We communicate truthfully and transparently. Deception, fraud, and misrepresentation undermine our community's trust.
  • Inclusivity: FernSouthernClub welcomes all adults. We celebrate diversity and actively work to ensure everyone feels valued and included.
  • Responsible Play: Gaming should be fun and entertaining. We prioritize your wellbeing and encourage mindful, healthy gaming habits.
  • Privacy: Your personal information matters. We protect your privacy and expect all members to do the same for others.

Acceptable Conduct

Members who engage in the following behaviors contribute positively to FernSouthernClub:

  • Playing games for entertainment and fun
  • Engaging respectfully in community forums and chat features
  • Following all rules and accepting outcomes with good sportsmanship
  • Reporting rule violations and inappropriate behavior
  • Providing constructive feedback and suggestions for platform improvements
  • Respecting the boundaries and personal space of other members
  • Celebrating wins and supporting others in their gaming journey

Prohibited Behaviour

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and will result in account restrictions or permanent bans:

  • Harassment and Abuse: Any form of harassment, bullying, threats, or abusive language directed at other members or our team.
  • Hate Speech and Discrimination: Content that attacks or demeans individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
  • Impersonation: Pretending to be another person, staff member, or entity to deceive or defraud other members.
  • Privacy Violations: Sharing another person's private information (doxxing), email addresses, phone numbers, or personal details without consent.
  • Real Money Gambling Promotion: Promoting or encouraging real-money gambling, betting, or services outside of FernSouthernClub.
  • Spam and Advertising: Posting promotional content, external links, affiliate links, or unsolicited advertising without permission.
  • Scams and Fraud: Attempting to deceive, trick, or cheat other members for personal gain.
  • Exploiting Vulnerabilities: Taking advantage of vulnerable members or attempting to manipulate them into harmful behavior.
  • System Manipulation: Attempting to hack, exploit bugs, or manipulate game mechanics for unfair advantage.

Virtual Coins & Fair Play

Virtual coins are central to the FernSouthernClub experience. To keep gaming fair for everyone:

  • Virtual coins exist solely for entertainment and have zero monetary value.
  • Do not attempt to sell, trade, or exchange coins with other members or third parties.
  • Do not create multiple accounts to accumulate extra coins or circumvent gameplay mechanics.
  • All members start with the same opportunities to earn and use coins.
  • Our games use certified random number generators to ensure fair outcomes.
  • We monitor for cheating and unfair play practices; violations will result in immediate account action.

Reporting Violations

We rely on our community to help maintain our standards. If you witness behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it:

  • Use the report button or flag feature within games or community areas.
  • Contact us directly via our contact form.
  • Email us at hello@fernsouthernclub.com with detailed information about the violation.
  • Provide specific details, dates, and screenshots when possible to help us investigate thoroughly.

Enforcement

FernSouthernClub reserves the right to enforce these guidelines at our sole discretion. Enforcement actions may include:

  • Warning: A first notice for minor violations.
  • Temporary Suspension: Account restrictions for repeat or serious violations (typically 24 hours to 30 days).
  • Permanent Ban: Permanent removal from FernSouthernClub for severe violations, fraud, or repeated misconduct.
  • Reporting to Authorities: In cases of illegal activity, we may report to relevant law enforcement.

All decisions are final. Appeals may be considered on a case-by-case basis if you believe a decision was made in error—please contact us with your appeal.

Updates to These Guidelines

We may update these Community Guidelines from time to time to reflect changes in our community, laws, or best practices. We'll notify members of significant changes. Your continued use of FernSouthernClub after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised guidelines.
